D**ned if he does d**ned if he doesn’t!!
Trump’s latest tweet!!
“Wow was Ted Cruz disloyal to his very capable director of communication. He used him as a scape goat-fired like a dog! Ted panicked.”
If he had not ‘dismissed’ him then Trump’s tweet would have been the other way.
He kept that “so and so”, shows to go you what Ted is!!
It was a good move on TED’S part to can his communication’s chief. He needs to see if any others are working against him.
The fact that these people were picked in the first place, and kept so long after there were allegations of dirty politics makes me suspect Ted may be lacking in some of the key leadership qualities. I really like Cruz, and want to vote for him, but incidents like this give me pause. Picking the best people to do the work is the single most important quality of a leader.

I can relate to your feelings but given how his campaign has been run, I would at least consider the possibility that his prior, staunch conservatism was somewhat of a marketing plan to set him apart from other Republicans when he inevitably ran for president.
Even if he did it to support a future presidential run, he did it, which is more than most of Congress or some other candidates could say. My goodness, that really would make it a case of “damned if he does, damned if he doesn’t”.
Ref: “Would political opponents place infiltrators and saboteurs in a campaign?”
There are many who wondered about the guy who first joined my 2008 campaign. He later became my stalker after we parted ways, and ended up working for my opponent’s campaign...As I researched the guy,I discovered that he had worked in a campaign which he destroyed just prior to working with mine.
Same here mrsmel, same here.
