Florida Sen. Marco Rubio is running an "anti-white men campaign" in his quest for the GOP presidential nomination, says conservative author and pundit Ann Coulter. Rubio, whose parents are from Cuba, said in a CNN town hall event on Wednesday that he was taunted in his youth over his ethnicity, and told the story of a friend who is black and a police officer who has been pulled over multiple times, though he never is given a ticket. "I will never ask you to be angry at another group of Americans so I can win an election, he said.

... When Mr. Scott said he was happy to hear Ms. Haley had disqualified “one candidate,” referring to Mr. Trump, the crowd whooped." ...

" Sen. Marco Rubio appeared with Gov. Nikki Haley and Sen. Tim Scott at Crossfit gym here Thursday, trying to strike a more inclusive tone and chip away support from other Republicans two days ahead of the crucial primary vote."

This whooping sounds offensive to me in context. Like Clinton barking.

The diversity Rubio’s talking about is the token diversity at crossfit or Village people or Jebstate says a Benneton commercial.

Trump is getting ordinary black people to support him.

I predict Tim Scott will become one of those black elected officials who will continue the failed status quo.

Ya, where the hell has he gone?

If DeMint wasnt there, I would bet that some would peg him for the VP spot.

I would guess, at this point, that Kasich is going for that spot. He is waiting for Michigan and Ohio. He splits those, he postions himself just for that.

Rubio is sounding like Obama. We really need a president that continues to slam America, that falls short of their freakin’ expectations. He can get his punk ass back to Cuba.

"I wonder who DeMint is backing ?"

Whoever gets the nomination. Why should he come out and support anyone at this point ?

I think Rubio will be the one to beat eventually.

The thing ordinary people don’t realize is that Rubio is the same old, same old. Slick talker, H1B lover, pro amnesty.

TRump or Cruz (but this would be too tricky for Cruz so he can’t do it) should make it plain to the American people just who is paying for Rubio to become POTUS. He is in the pocket of silicon valley and the Koch Bros, Microsoft, etc. Larry Ellison of Oracle gave him 4 million.

Not hard to figure out.

IMHo, yes, he'd back whoever wins the nomination as would Heritage Foundation to a somewhat lesser degree.

In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to see a good many now rabidly anti-Trump organizations start to soften their position if Trump winds NV. They'll focus on the fact that as long as the Republican party retains control of both houses they can stop anything they believe is excessive or otherwise unacceptable while at the same time having a better chance of being able to pass some of the regulatory reform they would like to enact.

JMHo, YMMV, and so on . . . .
