Why does this story sound so familiar... It is because it is written with exactly the same structure as a mainstream media article on Global warming.
The article says, “Rubio was born in Miami. That makes him a natural born U.S. citizen under the Constitution.” It would be nice if the author could specifically quote the exact passage in the Constitution where it says anchor babies born to foreign nationals within the borders of this country are defined as Natural Born U.S. citizens.
I absolutely agree! Check out Lee Anne Hall, another constitutional Attorney who says the same thing. BOTH Cruz and Rubio are NOT Eligible ACCORDING TO THE CONSTITUTION!

No, we have had Bill Clinton and Barack Obama.
If it doesn’t matter where you were born why did Obama fight so hard insisting he was born in Hawaii? Why didn’t Obama just say it doesn’t matter where he was born but he fought hard to say Hawaii and I would never vote for an anchor baby like Rubio
