âItâs all been decided, apparently,â Bush said. âThe pundits have already figured it out. We donât have to go vote. I should stop campaigning maybe.â

When Jeb drops out after South Carolina, I do hope everyone on Free Republic can give Trump his due for utterly destroying and saving us from Jeb Bush as our nominee. Love him or hate him, the way Trump dismantled the Bush family over the last 8 months has been a thing of beauty.

Maybe you shouldn’t have bothered to campaign at all Yeb!
Nobody wants you to turn the USA into North Mexico.

Right after I urge the Bush family to get Jeb some professional help. He seems on the verge of a serious crack-up there.

Yep.
No other candidate has done it.
Trump is not screwing around.

Whatever gave him that idea?

The low energy statement stuck to him like glue. Personally speaking I thought he cooked his own goose when he stated he had better things to do with his time than get into it with Trump.
I have no idea what this election cycle may or may not bring about or whom we’ll be calling President this time next year. The one thing I am certain of is that the Bush and Clinton dynamic is gone.

I won’t rain on your parade. I definitely do not wish to try taking any credit away from Mr. Trump.
Just have to say... that “Jeb?” destroyed his own candidacy.
Almost every time he opened his mouth, he shoved some body appendage into it. (I won’t say which one, lest I get censored here, ha!)
Point being, he not only advocated a bunch of bad policy positions. He seemed never to learn from any criticisms of those positions. And frankly he sounded pretty stupid at times, too. As one friend put it, ‘the more he talked, the less likely anyone would vote for him’
anyway, he appears to be out of the race, and THANKFULLY SO!

Trump is not screwing around.
He has taken out one pre-ordained candidate. Coughing, barking, trip-and-fall cankles is next.

How much are the guacamole bowls gonna be now?
Jeb loves to whip up his secret guacamole recipe on Sundays while he tries to figure out how to do the Cheap Labor Express’ bidding on taking jobs away from America workers.

He should drop out after SC, before he gets the ultimate humiliation of losing his home state by a wide margin.
