From the article: If you're voting for Trump because you think he's a straight shooter, you're a bigger sucker than those chumps losing money on both sides of the table in Atlantic City.

AMEN! Trump's major political accomplishment to date has been the total unveiling of so many fake conservatives posting at this site.

Don't confuse them with the facts - they want to see and hear only what they want to see and hear.
Oh, and The Wall. The YUGE one. That Peru will pay for....

What Trump says is true. Corporations are a public legal entity and bankruptcy the same TO GREASE THE WHEELS OF COMMERCE. If everyone had to jeapordize their personal assets and their famiilies’ lives without the protection of the corporate and bankruptcy laws,America would not have flourished. And NPR knows it.

.
Trump is the embodiment of the establishment.

He feels entitled to an office for which he completely lacks qualifications.

A man that deliberately bankrupts REITs in order to shift the funds to his personal use wants to be president.

That’s OK, right?
.

Response #3: Trump’s going to make America great again!

With his record it’ll be on promissory notes, bail-outs, and bankruptcy deals.

I am not going to argue this any more. Trump is going to absolutely crush the field in South Carolina, move on a crush them in Nevada and the SEC. After that he is going to run the table and arrive at the convention with more than 50% of the delegates. He will then go on to crush the Democrat in the general election.

Consistent conservatives and establishment Republicans can moan, grown, and complain all they want and it isn’t going to change the outcome.

Let’s go with this:

MILLIONS of Americans have declared bankruptcy for many reasons. Many people have had issues with medical bills or lost their business to the crappy economy.

Many of these people are good, honest, G-d fearing Americans who made mistakes or suffered misfortune.

Do the Republican GOPe and the Cruzites really believe that shaming millions of middle and lower-class Americans will change their minds about Trump?

So the man had 4 bad deals out of hundreds. He’s won more than he’s lost.

In many ways, people may identify stronger with him over this.

People aren’t perfect. People make mistakes in marriage and with money. We all feel bad about it.

But do those errors permanently taint us?

Most people would say, “no.”

Most Christians would say, “no.”

We can be forgiven, learn, do better, and move forward with greater wisdom.

By attacking Trump on his bankruptcies, you’re attacking every failed small business and every American who’s had to resort to such measures.

Not smart.

Apparently the author doesn’t the understand the basics of corporate law. Trump is not Trump, Inc. Corporations are separate from their owners.

Here’s a better link written by someone with a clue instead of a butthurt NR’er.

http://thelawdictionary.org/article/how-is-donald-trump-able-to-file-for-bankruptcy-so-many-times/

“People might ask “How is Donald Trump able to file for bankruptcy so many times?” The answer is “He didn’t.” Trump himself has never filed for bankruptcy.”
