Since then, city leaders have enacted restrictive laws that are still being challenged in court by gun owners and pro-gun activists.

Stop all challenges immediately and see if we can get a conservative SCOTUS again someday (probably never).

Great representatives for the black lives matter. My response probably would have gotten me killed.

He said “Ok, well since we all know about black lives matter, what can you do to help me get a job there?”

Oh boy. Since we all know? Really? I don't think what he 'knows' and what I 'know' about BLM are the same thing.......and he probably wouldn't take kindly to what I 'know'. Please let one of these morons ask me something similar...Please!

I think it will take a while. Barring a national emergency in which all Constitutional protections are obliterated, I think it will simply be that the Second Amendment dies, slowly, over the course of the next 5 to 10 years, at the state and local level.

A few weeks ago, I got on an elevator in a city building, to deliver a permit application. A young man and woman entered behind me, both black. I had a shirt on with a company logo (engineering). The man pointed to my shirt, and asked if it was a good place to work. I replied yes. Then is got....um....'scripted'. He said "Ok, well since we all know about black lives matter, what can you do to help me get a job there?" I asked if he had any qualifications or experience in engineering...nope. So I told him he could apply for a near minimum wage field position. It was a very strange encounter - because of the scripted preamble to his question about BLM. There seems to be a notion that there is a BLM movement afoot, and people like me will do x, y, or z...because 'black lives matter'...I guess out of guilt or whatever. Anyway, I think it is a very dangerous notion - and I'm not surprised this attack happened.

Attempted intimidation. Pure and simple.

I'd have waited until the elevator doors opened, and then said, "BECAUSE of the BLM movement, I would do everything in my power to STOP your employment."

There are many stories of McD’s locations that are used as gang hangouts. Beware.

Gangs of seniors during the day, gangs of thugs in the dark hours.

Black Lives Matter Conference Teaches Alinsky Tactics

by Lee Stranahan31 Jul 2015

The recent conference held in Cleveland by the Black Lives Matter movement featured a host of classes on community organizing for attendees. One class was on the tactics of the godfather of the modern Democrat Party, Rules for Radicals author Saul Alinsky. The courses demonstrate Black Lives Matter is not merely a disorganized, angry mob, but is at the vanguard of leftist strategy utilizing effective street tactics and buoyed along by a sympathetic Democratic power structure.

The workshop will provide a brief overview of community organizing methodologies and methods including Saul Alinsky style organizing, Narrative Based organizing and communal styles of organizing i.e. Ella Baker style and other grassroots models.

Saul Alinsky, who died in 1972, is founder of modern community organizing, and his most famous book is Rules for Radicals. Alinsky’s greatest influence came after his death, where his work has impacted the leaders of the Democrat Party. Presumed Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton wrote her senior thesis on Alinsky, and President Barack Obama is a community organizer who was was taught in the Alinsky tradition.

The Black Lives Matter movement can be summarized concisely as the 1960s era Black Panther/Black Liberation Army style Marxist movement reborn in the age of social media, founded by queer women community organizers and using Occupy Wall Street influenced tactics.

No, we’re not. Calling what’s happening now is hyperbole. We are in a culture war that occasionally results in violence. We are not in a civil war by any commonly understood definition of war. Accuracy matters.

I think you are right...and it is the reason I seldom carry.

I am not willing to face the consequences, at my age injury is feared, not death...hard choice!

I don’t trust ANYTHING I read anymore. Ever. Been burned enough times to have learned that lesson. You think that’s brainwashing, I think you believing what you read without questioning it is brainwashing. Pot, kettle.

Soon as we see the video, hear what was said and it confirms the story etc...I’ll be happy to see the animals caged.

Thank you for posting that. I was not aware of it. I am amazed at the “closeness” of the final art work. (authenticity?)

Better them than you.

They are acting on Obama’s REPEATED directives to them.

He has told them repeatedly he has their back:

Dropping the new black panthers case where they had threatened whites at a Philadelphia voting sitr

“The police acted stupidly”

If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon

forming BlackLiveesMatter and inviting them repeatedly and publicly to the White House

Sending THREE representatives to Michael Brown’s funeral .
(The same Obama White House sent ONE White House representative to Margaret Thatcher’s funeral).

How does this:Fit with this:At what point does this crime stop being alleged and become fact?

IMHO, very poor reporting.
