No arguments from me. I just think that ranking FDR behind Warren Harding renders the list suspect. Everyone’s entitled to their opinions, though.

If Benedict Arnold had been a President, Soetoro (or whatever his name is) would be below him. If Soetoro, an illegal alien, were actually President.

Yeah. Harding didn’t prolong a depression for sixteen years, or fill the government with Communists, or raise the income tax to 91%, or provoke a World War, or do any of the great things FDR did.

(WWII didn’t “end” the Depression, it occurred DURING the Depression.

I dare say I know a lot more about Harding than you do.

Just to be clear: You are not obligated to fast today. Only on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday. Abstinence on the other Fridays.

Thanks, that's what I meant. I had crackers for lunch, to be followed by fish fry at our parish tonight.

Our parish has grown from a few hundred families to 7,000+ over the past 20 years (St. Ann in Coppell). We're now the largest parish in Dallas, and the sixth largest in the country.

Sounds great, but to tell you the truth, only about a third regularly attend Mass. If it was 100%, we'd need ten more Masses on Sunday. It's a very active parish with dozens of ministries.
