I'm not a Cruz basher and like him a lot. I like Trump a lot as well. Our government has to be cut down by two thirds. The IRS needs to be defanged. It has way too much power and has abused its power as has the FEC.

...government has to be cut down by two thirds...

--and imho that's the key.  Talk about tax-cuts is needed ofcourse but so far the only one I can find that talks spending cuts is Cruz.  Please let me know when you find otherwise tho.

No, that’s what the U.S. Mint is for. Still does a fine good job on the silver/gold/platinum...not so much on the coinage, after ~1970s.

I only point out that We gave Congress NO such authority to delegate ANY of their responsibilities, be it printing fiat currency or any other powers/authorities/jobs.

“The only thing is, the last time I check, the founding fathers left the interpretation of the constitution up to the court system and not you.”

Incorrect. The Founders affirmed the final decision of what is and is NOT Constitutional up to We the People. We instituted govt, with the consent of the governed.

Only We have inalienable Rights. We ARE the final arbiters.

Ok fine. The vast majority of us recognize the need for Congress to delegate certain of its duties. So you're in the miniority of "We the people".

It's a facetious argument you are advancing.
