I only point out that We gave Congress NO such authority to delegate ANY of their responsibilities, be it printing fiat currency or any other powers/authorities/jobs.

Incorrect. The Founders affirmed the final decision of what is and is NOT Constitutional up to We the People. We instituted govt, with the consent of the governed.
Only We have inalienable Rights. We ARE the final arbiters.
