North Korea Did It Again
BESA: Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies ^ | February 2, 2016 | Dr. Alon Levkowitz

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: North Korean adventurism only adds to Israel's proliferation concerns.

North Korea's fourth nuclear test, the P5+1 agreement to lift Iranian sanctions, and the billions of dollars worth in deals between Tehran and Asian and European companies, together constitute a significant challenge.

In addition, Jerusalem faces a difficult task of being the watchdog that monitors Iran's adherence to the nuclear deal.

One of the biggest concerns is that Iran will not openly breach the P5+1 agreement, but rather cooperate with North Korea on a "Back Door" plan towards the bomb, with North Korea surreptitiously doing the dirty work and developing a nuclear bomb for Iran.

For this reason, Israel has a strong interest in the further imposition of ever-tighter sanctions on North Korea, as well as the tightening of intelligence surveillance on Iran-North Korea nuclear cooperation.

The E. U. and the U. S. won’t even act in their best interest.

What makes you Israel, that they would act in your best interest?

The West is adrift with no leadership and drifting into a massive whirlpool?

Others must be looking on in absolute horror, while still others are licking their lips.

Damn right. They know that both the UN and the Obama regime will look the other way no matter what Iran does. The Norks are enriching Iran's uranium, outside the purview of the IAEA.

I think that is an ironclad guarantee that this is exactly what will happen. It is crazy to think these clowns will live up to any agreement.

We actually interdicted missiles from NK headed for Iran. Why wouldn’t they do other things?

The West is sleepwalking into a buz saw.

It says in the Talmud: “In a place where there are no men - be a man” meaning that sometimes, you need to take care of things yourself.

Israel is being forced to become a regional, if not international power. The BESA center, Israel’s leading think-tank is a great place to read and see how it is dealing with the many threats all around it.

I suggest it highly!

1996-1998
A team headed by Loral (Hughes in attendance) produced a technical report identifying a mnor problem in the flight-guidance system as the cause of the crash in February 1996 (Long March.)

The American experts at Loral did not check with the State Department, and the report was given to the Chinese. Several months later, they ``turned themselves in'' to the State Department, after which, the Pentagon launched an investigation, and concluded in its report, labeled ``secret,'' that ``United States national security has been harmed.''

Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R., Calif.), Chairman of the House Space and Aeronautics Subcommittee, said that U.S. expertise has ``perfected'' China's Long March rockets, which are identical in design to Chinese strategic nuclear missiles. A Loral employee said "The most interesting aspect of the accident was this: engineers who reviewed the recovered payload debris noticed something special that was missing: encryption hardware."

**********

A witness along with the MP's reported the same events as to how the missile guidance system hardware had been taken out by Chinese personnel and his report is in laymans terms:

Bill Clinton allowed the Loral missile guidance system to be sent to China and then, under close observation, it was to be installed in one of their rockets. All of this was done -to help China- by using our Loral system- to get their telephone communications system in place via one of their Long March rockets to a designated area in space.

That Chinese rocket crashed into a mountain across from the launch pad 2 1/2 minutes after it left the launch pad.

There was a detachment of 24 U S MP's that had been sent along with the guidance system box to make sure that it remained intact and unopened until installed (with our personnel observing).

The rocket left the launch pad with the Loral guidance system in it. When that Chinese rocket crashed, Chinese military personnel were immediately rushed to the crash sight and they surrounded the broken up rocket and kept our MP's away. Our 24 MP's were held back for three hours which allowed the Chinese the time to extract the guidance technology.

Bill Clinton was supposed to get clearance from a Congressionl committee before any military tech was allowed to leave our country But, Bill Clinton intentionally went bypassed the law and did not get the required clearance from the Congressional committee. It was Bill Clinton himself who allowed China to secure our latest missile guidance technology!

"When the 24 U S MPs where finally allowed to go to the rocket itself - they discovered that the encryption hardware had been removed."

That system could not be improved upon, and hasn't been impoved and it was and is the best. And now the Chinese have it and possibly have passed that technology on to Norht Korea.

The manuals and report on how to repair some issues with the guidance system were not supposed to be given to the Chinese but Loral personell did so before someone in top tiers of Loral could stop them. This was all in the Loral reports and this is why Loral, in court, pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay a 2.1 million dollars in fines.

This is just one of the eight categories of treason that Bill Clinton performed. This Loral guidance technology theft is fully discussed in Senator James Inhofe's speech to Congress on June 23, 1999. Inhofe titled it the 'Clinton National Security and Coverup. It was Bill Clinton himself who is responsible for China stealing our missile guidance system technology.

I remember all of that. I have always been of the opinion that Bill Clinton allowed the Monica Lewinsky situation to balloon the way it did to take attention off of the fact that he gave missile guidance technology to China.

Had Bill said up front, “Yes, I had an affair with her. So, what of it?” the whole situation would have been forgotten a week later (with his constituents once again sighing about how clever he was). The fact that he chose not to, when news about the affair came so soon after the publicity about giving missiles to China, tells me that he considered an affair a much more manageable scandal and milked it for all he could.

Clinton is evil.

I remember the Loral story well. I thought Clinton should have been impeached for it. That story tells you a lot about why and who has funded the Clinton Foundation.

3. President Clinton signed waivers to allow his top campaign fundraiser's aerospace company to transfer U.S. missile guidance technology to China.

"In the three months since I made these statements, none has been refuted.
