You are saying habitual sex offenders are not a danger?
Please explain, as I believe those repeat offenders are the ones who are proven to be hard core and should NEVER be released upon society.
habitual offenders should be on the list. the 18 year old high school senior that has sex with his 15 year old high school sweet hart should not be on it. make sex offenders list to broad and it stops being helpful. if some one has ben listed for 20 years on a sex offenders list and they have not reoffended even minerly they are not likely to reoffend.. if the police has any sort of contact during that 20 year time even if not convicted start the clock over again.

What you are advocating are degrees of sexual deviancy with the lowest being an inadvertent one to a truly vicious and untreateable one.

The feeling of driving through a conservative, freedom-loving state is like no other feeling of “coming home” that you’ll experience. Well, maybe it’s a close second to visiting a European country or another soft tyranny for a while and coming back to America.

Ah, yes. The guilt trip. Hang in there and do what’s right by family. After that, you can move to a free state without guilt and finally breathe fresh air (without being taxed for it).
