This is the scandal to top them all.

It might be. BUT--the Chinese contributions to Bill Clinton's re-election and the subsequent access to highly sensitive guidance information via Bill's pals at Loral are just as bad, if not worse. Except for one thing: It's been 20 years, and they were never investigated and prosecuted. Water under the bridge.
