One thing alone will matter: let me say this with maximum clarity—whether we stood up for the truth, speaking it out loud and in public, bearing the costs of discipleship that are inevitably imposed on faithful witnesses to truth by cultures that turn away from God and his law. Or were we ashamed of the Gospel?

The day is rapidly approaching when orthodox Christianity will be a crime.

This country has lost its fear of God, money is their god, it deserves the coming consequences.

In addition in order to lead an ordinary life of buying and selling one must receive a mark.

I asked two charismatic evangelical christians the other day if they know what the 10th Amendment and the Constitutions Section 8 of Article I are.

Nope

I should have asked them if they were aware that Section 1 of the 14th Amendment prohibits the states from abridging constitutionally enumerated rights. Likely not.

Nope, sure not. But I’m prepared to make any persecution pay the price. Yet another example of my sinful nature that I needed to be redeemed for.

We still have freedom of religion. We can freely follow any officially sanctioned religion we wish in the properly zoned structure for religious worship during approved worship hours of 8:00 a.m. to noon on Sunday, where we can hear a message delivered from the “Politically Correct Translation” of the Bible delivered by the licensed pastor.

What could be more free than that?

Money used to be what drives people but watch five minutes of tv, most movies and some commercials and you’ll see what is driving humans these days. It’s immorality, sex and perversion. We’ve become a sex saturated society and the more deviant and perverted, the better.

I sincerely doubt that!

You Latins really do worry too much. Pray unceasingly and in an eternal sense you’ll be fine.

The day of a merciful body of Christ is fast coming to an end.

It’s time to sell your cloak and to buy a sword.

You mean like they’re currently abridging the 2nd Amendment? Mark Levin says we’ve entered a “post-Constitutional” period. Don’t bet on any tentacle of the gov’t to stand up for your rights.

No doubt this is coming soon. Already we have Christian Evanagelicals coming out of the woodwork saying that people can receive the "Mark of the Beast" and still be saved (e.g. John Macarthur, Brannon Howse, etc.) I am certain the Pope will endorse it. The Bible is clear that those who receive the mark of the beast will be damned to hell...

Sadly, you are 100% correct.

Yes. The Bible is very, very clear: You take the mark of the beast, you are damned to Hell for all eternity. God gives zero wiggle room on this.

"You mean like they’re currently abridging the 2nd Amendment? Mark Levin says we’ve entered a “post-Constitutional” period."
”Cherish, therefore, the spirit of our people, and keep alive their attention. If once they become inattentive to the public affairs, you and I, and Congress and Assemblies, judges and governors, shall all become wolves [emphasis added]. It seems to be the law of our general nature.” - Thomas Jefferson (Letter to Edward Carrington January 16, 1787)
