Who Received Hillary's Secret Emails?

Congressman Darrell Issa has predicted that Hillary and Huma will never be indicted for leaking top-secret information through their illegal email scam.

"I think the FBI director would like to indict both Huma and Hillary as we speak," the Republican heavyweight told the Washington Examiner Thursday[.] ... "I think he's in a position where he's being forced to triple-time make a case of what would otherwise be, what they call, a slam dunk[.] ... You can't have 1,300 highly sensitive emails that contain highly sensitive material that's taken all, or in part from classified documents, and have it be an accident[.]... There's no question, she knew she had a responsibility and she circumvented it. And she circumvented it a second time when she knowingly let highly-classified material get onto emails in an unclassified format."

Mr. Issa is most likely one of the few who sees the reality of this whole mess. At least in congress. Seems there are several of us with no clout whatsoever who can see the reality without a crystal ball. I sure hope he's wrong. Not to mention some of the docs were/are so sensitive that some of the committee members can't even look at them. Who the hell vetted her anyway?

One thing is certain. The Russians, Chinese and any competent foreign intelligence agency easily hacked that server and read all he e mails and whatever files she kept. She is a disaster. Post menopausal women should not govern nations. Old ladies behave oddly and usually demonstrate signs of dementia. Politically incorrect to state, but true.

WHY has no one asked her, “Ms. Secretary - Every secretary of state by the nature of the job has to handle a lot of classified information via email. IF YOU DIDN’T USE YOUR PERSONAL SERVER TO DO THIS, HOW DID YOU DO IT? What email did you use that protected classified material?”

CANNOT BELIEVE THIS HASN’T BEEN ASKED BY ANYONE!

Were the classified emails copied?

If they were, who did Hillary send the copies to?

Agree.

Let’s say the FBI finds some evidence of illegality, and we do not know that yet, and recommends some sort of legal action.

Constitutionally, the Executive is under no obligation whatsoever to automatically rubberstamp any FBI recommendation. The Justice Department indeed would be obligated to completely and thoroughly examine the FBI’s findings. This process itself would take months at a minimum and likely could not be completed prior to the election.

How long did the Keystone study take???

Did the public care at all?

The same thing applies in this matter.

And if FBI officials want to play “whistleblower”, they had better not do anything that even approaches violating the law - such as leaking criminal investigation information.

The stupid qnd feckless GOPe had also best watch its step. It always loses big time when attacking the Clintons. Always.

She probably didn’t even get the chance to sell the information to them. They just hacked in and took it.

The most damning e-mail is the in which Hillary ordered an underling to remove secrecy markings and the send it over an insecure network. This document explicitly proves that Hillary was aware of the secrecy issues and how to work around them. How many other times were verbal orders given to others to employ such criminal acts.

Bingo, she can claim she did not know UNTIL someone waves this in her face. She knew EXACTLY what she was doing and this proves it was a crime of forethought.

If Clinton had been taking the classified material in these emails out into a field and stuffing it into a hollowed out pumpkin we would call it espionage and she and those receiving it would be considered spies. Clintonemail.com was nothing more than a high tech version of that hollowed out pumpkin. It was a dead drop for all the world’s espionage agencies to drink their fill of crucial US secrets - for a fee.

Issa is not wrong. They are part of the elite to whom only the ‘unwritten’ rules apply.

A couple underlings might face minor charges to appease the sheeple, and that’s it.

Issa also makes a good point about the investigation taking way longer than it should need to, by design. It really is a textbook case.

the real question is who did not read hillary’s e-mails

if a romanian cabdriver / hacker named grucifier could hack and read.....
well china russia uk israel france germany and the teenager hacker in hometown usa or hometown aywhere could read them.....

but dont worry
Hillary says it was just yoga stuff.......

Among the other memos to/from Clinton can be found titles like “Comprehensive Intel Report on Libya,” and included all-cap warnings that, “THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION COMES FROM EXTREMELY SENSITIVE SOURCES AND SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH CARE.”

Each memo included a note on the sources of intelligence included in the document. One typical memo referred to “Sources with access to the highest levels of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, the leadership of the Armed Forces, and Western Intelligence, diplomatic, and security services.”

I have been re-reading Unlimited Access by Gary Alldrich, the FBI agent charged with
vetting White House employees as they came into the Clinton White House in 1993.

This 1998 book makes crystal clear two things:

1) Hillary controlled everything related to staff, including hiring, even top positions. She
controlled the flow of information. She controlled the day-to-day operations.

2) She (and he) had absolutely, unequivocally, total disregard for vetting. It was her
power on display, no matter the potential to national security in having individuals with
backgrounds that would preclude them from being proximate to classified information.
The Clintons were there to foist there will upon everyone, every institution, every aspect
of the Presidency.
