Those are the % voting in the polls for the GOP nomination. I expect the actual % in the primaries will be higher. And much higher in the General election.
However in any case, I see more GOP voters voting for Trump in the General election than for Cruz in the general election. And I also see more Democrat voters voting for Trump in the general election and probably close to 0% voting for Cruz.

Early on in the primary Trump’s negatives with Republican voters were very high. However he turned them around very soon (not sure why). Maybe he can repeat that result in the general election.
I’ll take unfavorable and winning over favorable and sing. The good news is Hillary has about the same unfavorables. People are tired of nice guy loser like Romney. And Cruz’s problem is he is mean and nasty and losing in the polls

Still haven’t figured out the appeal of Trump? Easy one. He is a hard nosed bastard who will take no prisoners. This election is not a popularity contest, not this time. They will paint him as a special interest liar and use his own words to prove it. They will paint him as a loose cannon with no beliefs and use his words to condemn him.
If you want to live in your Trump Fantasyland feel free, but with his name recognition he won’t move those numbers most of the country finds him personally repugnant.
