Tea Party Patriots are stupid, fat, and ugly. They’re bad people. They’re not real conservatives.

FYI
Regarding Cruz and those mailers that the media has already seized upon...

This is what happens when you challenge the ethanol lobby.
The Cruz camp modeled the mailer in question on the Iowa GOP’s own 2014 mailer. Get-out-the-vote efforts aren’t always easy and sometimes reaching certain people who need to be reached is hard, especially in close races. Iowa’s Secretary of State (and Trump and ethanol mandate-supporter) Paul Pate attacked Cruz over it. Matt Schultz, former Iowa Secretary of State and Cruz’s Iowa State Chairman hit back at Pate, saying that such mailers designed specifically for people who don’t often vote are “routine”. (It’s all based on “The Victory Lab”, a book written in 2013 about the psychology of voting. Sometimes aggressive methods based on publicly available information move people. It doesn’t go out to everyone, it goes out to a certain small, subset of people who do not vote.
It works. Instead of “rock the vote”, it’s “nudge the vote”.)

The Iowa Republican establishment has a problem with Cruz doing it because of....ethanol. Cruz opposes the mandates and he stood on stage this past Thursday, looked the establishment ethanol lobby in square in the eye, and said “no more mandates”. He’s been saying it all primary cycle. They hate him for this. The Governor of Iowa, Terry Branstad condemns Cruz because of it. Branstad’s son is the head of an ethanol lobbyist group that has been stalking Cruz all over Iowa protesting him over it. They even thought about dressing as giant corn cobs and running after him. The reason that this mailer nontroversy wasn’t a story back in 2014 when the Iowa Republican establishment did it is because this time around they’re dealing with a candidate who has consistently said he will end their ethanol subsidies and they’re terrified of him so he must be defeated. They’ll partner with Trump (who supported an increase in the ethanol mandate) to do it, too.

Just like in the “Godfather”, you don’t ever take sides against the ethanol lobby.

PS: Joni Ernst did the same with her GOTV mailers.

Ted Cruz has COURAGE and takes on the establishment.

But one senator (with a few non-establishment friends) can’t beat the system that often.

PRESIDENT CRUZ will have the power, and he HAS BEEN, and IS, a Tea Party candidate, plus you can trust him.

Illegal immigration wasn’t a part of his platform until he was trying to catch up on Trump. Before that, he was sympathetic to their plight. And he’s from TEXAS! There’s no excuse for that crap down there.

THIS is my one issue. I’m going with the strongest candidate on that issue.

Dammit my son was shot at while at work on the border a couple of months ago. This issue can mean life or death for my family. I actually *know* people who have been raped and burglarized recently. Car theft is *normal* here. Break ins are NORMAL. ID theft is NORMAL. My daughter has to carry a gun to go to work every day.

Americans shouldn’t feel like this in their own homes. We shouldn’t have to live like this.

Cruz chose to do law, then get into politics. He hasn’t PRODUCED a damn thing in his life. He can argue all day - good for him. Lord knows we need it. But he fails at DOING.

I’m going for the DOER. The producer. I’m going for the man who makes no excuses and does what he says he’s going to do. And I don’t give a fig who he offends or how he gets it done. I DO NOT CARE. I just want the problem taken care of once and for all.

Period.

I sick of the death, dammit!

I’m very sorry your son was shot, and I agree we need to be really tough on illegal immigration.

But I don’t trust Trump to do it, based on his recent history. Trump actually said Romney (of all people) was too tough on immigration.

Yesterday, I came across this which shows Trump did not have the passion on immigration that he claims to have now:

“15 Mar 2013 (snip)

“Mr. Trump is very worried that the Republican Party has learned the wrong lessons from the 2012 defeat,” the Trump operative said. “He felt it was important to stress to the party leaders and faithful that immigration and entitlement reform should not be a top priority. .....”

excerpt: http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2013/03/15/exclusive-trump-smacks-back-against-leftwing-mainstream-media-attacks-on-his-cpac-speech/

Trump said he wants to deport 11 million illegals, but then BRING THEM BACK. Why should law breakers have a better chance than people trying to enter our country the right way?

As for Ted Cruz, one thing that I loved that he was effective about was getting the well-deserved medals for the victims at Fort Hood.

Ted fought HARD to get rid of Obama”care”, and other things, so we know what he stands for.

However, one senator, with a very few CONSERVATIVE friends can’t accomplish much. BUT a PRESIDENT CRUZ will have the power to make a heck of a wonderfully, conservative difference.

Steve King, as you probably know, is VERY STRONG on border security, and he said he wants TED CRUZ in the White House.

"This is what happens when you challenge the ethanol lobby"

What? The ethanol lobby beams "stupid waves" into Cruz's brain causing him to send out this threatening mailer. You know, the one that threatens to expose a persons voting record to their neighbors AFTER the caucus if they don't attend?
