Wow, that’s some amazing grade-school engineering, right there.
Brilliant design.

Why not? San Francisco is a political urinal. Why not make the whole place a public urinal.
To: SeekAndFind
The Democrats can run their voter registration drives at that location .... “the weiner registration express”

Honestly!!! Will people go along with anything the government tells them? Not too long ago this would have warranted an arrest for indecency.

A homeless hippie isn’t going to walk 5 feet to pee in one of these things. They’ll go wherever they are

Up until quite recently GOING AROUND NUDE in SF was perfectly legal. Every year there was a short marathon where MANY people would run the whole thing NUDE.
Sexy sorority coeds, right?
No, somehow 100% of the people who take advantage of San Fransicko’s weird laws are FAT SLOBBY MALES —u would need a gallon of eye bleach.
Never fails.
And every year there was the Folsom Street Fair, where not only would VERY many gay men pee onto each other in public, but also whip each other and perform BJ’s on one another.
And ALL of it was within open view of the cops, who did nothing.
There is SF law, and then there is SF laws for homos, who at certain times of the year can do whatever the hell they want.
And it’s mostly that way for homeless people, too.
