Official: Some Clinton emails 'too damaging' to release
Fox News ^ | 01/29/2016 | Catherine Herridge, Pamela K. Browne

The intelligence community has now deemed some of Hillary Clinton's emails "too damaging" to national security to release under any circumstances, according to a U.S. government official close to the ongoing review. A second source, who was not authorized to speak on the record, backed up the finding.

The decision to withhold the documents in full, and not provide even a partial release with redactions, further undercuts claims by the State Department and the Clinton campaign that none of the intelligence in the emails was classified when it hit Clinton's personal server.

Fox News is told the emails include intelligence from "special access programs," or SAP, which is considered beyond “Top Secret." A Jan. 14 letter, first reported by Fox News, from intelligence community Inspector General Charles McCullough III notified senior intelligence and foreign relations committee leaders that "several dozen emails containing classified information" were determined to be "at the CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET, AND TOP SECRET/SAP levels."

Hillary’s ugly f’ing face being stomped into pink paste, just like it was 8 years ago. God, this makes me happy.

Amazing. And we must always remember that these are the emails Hillary has allowed us to see. She and her staff and lawyers screened them. Are they that stupid?

Could this be the start of FBI leakage, that was hinted at recently in the scenario of lynch and the regimes doing nothing?

So if Joe Biden manages to beat Trump or Cruz; will he pardon her?

Cruz or Trump won’t I hope.

Excerpt continued:

During her time as the first female partner at the Rose Law firm in Arkansas during the mid-1980s, she was known as one of the “three amigos” and close with partners Webb Hubbell and Vince Foster. Hubbell ended up a convicted felon for his role in the failure of the corrupt Madison Guaranty, a savings and loan which cost taxpayers more than $65 million. Hubbell embezzled more than a half-million dollars from the firm.

...

Clinton’s missing Rose Law billing records for her work for Guaranty during the mid-1980s were the subject of three intense federal investigations over two years. Those records, in the form of a computerized printout of her work performed on behalf of Guaranty, were discovered under mysterious circumstances in the Book Room of the private White House living quarters.

The discovery of those records was announced during a blizzard in January 1996 by attorney David Kendall, who still represents Hillary Clinton. After Clinton testified before a grand jury, prosecutors concluded there was insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt she committed perjury or obstruction of justice.

Not necessarily. Word is that the FBI has ‘undeleted’ most if not all of the emails Hillary THOUGHT she had deleted.

Too damaging? To whom?

Foreign intelligence services have undoubtedly read them already.

Not too surprising. How does this individual possibly stay out of prison?

“Are they that stupid?”

Idiot savants. Brilliant at accumulating political power and wealth; not much gray matter left for anything else.

I don't think Cruz would. Trump might play "let's make a deal".

It is my uderstanding they are referring to the documents being screened by the State Department that must be released by court order. The State Deparment will not be able to release them all by the end of the month, the deadline.

I have heard the same reports that the FBI was able to recover the deleted emails. But these are not the same documents that have been ordered released by the courts.

Are they too damaging to national security, or too damaging to the careers and reputations of government officials, including HRC?

They don’t have to reveal the content, just revealing the classification status and where the e-mail went would be plenty. A Top Secret document on an unprotected server is plenty of evidence, we don’t need to know what it says.

So they are admitting that the emails were classified and shouldn’t have been sent on the Clinton server.

I’m SO sick of HEARING about this crap!!!

They need to stop TELLING us about it - this IS coming from the folks who HAVE the emails, right???

And they need to just PROSECUTE HER FOR THESE FELONIES!!!!

I’m sick of having these crimes rubbed in my face everyday and that nothing is REALLY being done about it... knowing full well that if it were ME instead of her, I’d have been doing my 3rd year of prison time already.
