Apparently for some reason you think that Trump actually intends to debate Cruz. This is a brilliant answer to Cruz’s silly one-on-one debate challenge.

Trump talked big on Obama eligibility then did nothing.

Truth worth repeating

Cruz is the turd in the punchbowl, neither him nor the Rube are natural born citizens of America.

Both needs to be flushed.

I’ve never seen a group derive such glee from trashing a solid conservative.

I’m afraid this once great forum has devolved into a mirror image of the DU. It’s really pretty saddening.

If it is a liberal meme what difference does it make. It would be a liberal meme attached to a liberal?

Why is this an issue again?

Yes, If Trump in the nominee and Cruz were a VP candidate,

Having publicly questioned his eligibility, how could Trump turn around and select Cruz as his VP?

And unless Cruz is a sleeper for the DNC they will bring out their best and brightest to rip Cruz to shreds.

And, joyfully ripping his ultra-purist, constitooshunal conservative supporters to shreds along with him.

At least, that's how it looks from here, based upon past experience watching them work.

After a while, the set-ups have a similar look to them.

And we have liberals in FR that fully support and back those actions.

Sure glad they’ve come out of the woodwork. They’ve become easier to identify.

Sure we do. “We” voted for an alien imposter for president in 2008 and 2012. And he won each time.

Clearly, we can vote for a USA NBC that happens to have been born elsewhere, just like other legal NBC’s, like McCain and Arthur (probably born in Canada).

So, in the former case, the USA people had the incorrect verdict, but he will have served 2 terms anyways.

In the latter case, McCain and Arthur both ran... but lost, but would have served if they had son. Cruz can run, he is running, and he can serve.

No I don’t. I was disagreeing with the first post in thread claiming Trump intended to debate after Cruz got proof. Trump knows his criteria is impossible, but is using it to cowardly, falsely, duck another debate. Yet he’s getting away with it.

very clever (seems extremely unlikely that any court will issue such an order, especially before even being nominated)

Great point. Trumpsters burning quite a few bridges here. Just like a good deal of the rest of Trump's "platform", hard to see where it leads to satisfaction for Conservatives.

Give me ONE LOGICAL reason why leading in Iowa Trump should help lagging in Iowa Cruz with a debate?

“because of some birther crap, then so be it”

So ask yourself if Obama had been born in Kenya to a US mother and a Kenyan father would you consider it birther crap? If he showed a Kenyan birth certificate listing his mom as a US citizen instead of the fake HI birth certificate would that make it birther crap acceptable for you?

By saying what you are essentially saying, you are OK with the above scenario. Where do you draw the line?

For me, it’s a matter of principle. I don’t care how awesome Ted or Rubio might be. According to my understanding neither are eligible.
