Possible Active Shooter Reported at Naval Medical Center San Diego (Balboa Bldg 26)

Naval Medical Center San Diego warned of a possible active shooter at the military hospital Tuesday morning and urged those at the facility to "run, hide or fight."
NMCSD posted the following notice to its Facebook page around 8:10 a.m. Tuesday:
**!ATTENTION!** An active shooter has just been been reported in building #26 at Naval Medical Center San Diego. All occupants are advised to run, hide or fight. All non-emergency response personnel are asked to stay away from the compound, located at 34800 Bob Wilson Drive, San Diego, CA 92134.

Now, that’s just silly. A single truck can’t storm a facility. Wonder if it was remote controlled or self-driving.

They should stop calling these bases or putting names like “naval” on them if they have to call the cops to deal with something like this.
It’s like if all of the ships in Pearl Harbor had to leave their guns outside before docking.
