Depends on your State voter regs. In my State, whatever party I choose to vote for in the primary, will dictate the party ballot I receive in the General. In other words, it does not matter.

But for that one election, my party affiliation is dictated by my primary vote.

He’s not out until he skips the Republican primary of March 1, 2016.

It does depend on the state: a NC Republican who leaves the party must re-register and could not vote in the March 15 primary for a presidential candidate. He could also NOT vote against Richard Burr for the Senate, which presumably most conservatives should line up to do, were he to leave the GOP.

Yes,,,,,that is correct, but the total number of “registered” republicans dropped by one.

That is a different tally and means essentially nothing except to the party bosses for their mailings for donations. You know, the same crap I have been tossing in the round file for years now.

Yes....It is the State that manages the elections. The National parties often wish it were not so, but there is a reason for it.

It’s Federalism.

Im tired of this family feud.

It's not much of a feud regarding the Republican campaign. Trump always comes out on top. And Trump didn't start any of it. Trump was attacked from the second he ended his announcement speech on 6/16/2015. Attacked from every direction, 24/7 to current day. It's not a secret.

Did folks expect Trump to just bend over? Are his supporters just supposed to stand silent in the face of endless attempts from every direction to undermine Trump? Come on.

Trump left the Republican Party twice. He’s changed his party registration 6 times!

And unlike Beck, Trump has never voted in a Republican primary.

Dual citizenship via reciprocal agreements between various countries.

Cruz’s natural born status is by statute in effect at the time he was born. It gave him the same natural born status his mother had at time of birth.

The dual citizenship came via his father and his birthplace.

He was only there for four years.

I'm out. I'm out of the Republican Party," Beck said

Good, it would be embarrassing. He's not only "not a Republican"...he's not much of anything.

So, he didn’t run for president in 2000 as an enthusiastic partial birth abortion supporter on the Reform Party ticket? Because I could’ve sworn he did.

Untrue. His registration has changed six times. He’s been in and out of the GOP as it suited his interests.

Hannity has actually said that!

In NY there is either the "Conservative" or the "Constitution Party" and Hannity, along with a number of conservatives register with.

In the olden days, those disgusted with Rockefeller and others, i.e., John Lindsay, were the kind of Republicans not too many conservatives desired to be associated as belonging the same party status.

“Trumps New York voter registration from at least 1988 show he has been a Republican all these years.”

This doesn’t jive with this NYDailyNews article.

The dual citizenship came via his father...

Don't you mean triple citizenship? Dad was a Cuban.
