“Obviously you missed the 60 rule the rats imposed”
I didn’t miss it. Just pointing out how weak the so called majority leader of the Senate is. This type of thing never stopped Reid and the democrats when they were in the majority.
“Motion to proceed (cloture) failed to get the required 60 votes.”
That never stopped the democrats when they were in the majority. Which is kind of my point.
Who here is surprised? The Democrats stick up for their voters. The GOP-e doesn't give a rat's azz about theirs.
I know Trump has donated to McConnell and even defended him. Is Trump naive here or something more sinister? McConnell is the MAIN reason nothing has changed since Nov. 2014 when the Repubs swept Congress.
On the day where the Senate BLOCKED expanded background checks for would-be ISIS immigrants into America, 0blama and Lynch announce EXPANDED BACKGROUND CHECKS for would-be AMERICAN CITIZEN gun owners!
I do see your point, I was just clarifying in case your “how did they stop it” was a sincere request for information.
As I said, cloture rules need to be re-written.
Incoming Muslims, who are really against Islamic Terrorism should be glad to be vetted and have their names added to a data base. After all, if they would have nothing to hide and certainly would not be carrying out any terrorist actions, why would they fuss about it???
Why are the rat senators blocking this opportunity for incoming Muslims to be vetted properly.
Senate approves to allow more pre documented democrat voters
into America.
When will the GOPe ever learn? They have a majority but fail every time to use it! No wonder Trump and Cruz prevail in public opinion.
When these muslim animals finally drop the “big one” on America there will be a bloodlust amongst the people that will be very hard to satisfy.
And the GOP(e) too stupid and feckless to point out the DEMs hypocrisy on ‘democracy’ (51 votes).
Like the Constitution, only bring-up/support that which furthers one’s agenda
