Isn’t it called the “Vermont Country Store”? I get their catalogue with pictures of remarkably similar decor. I’ve even been in one in Vermont. Neat places to browse but their stuff is fairly pricey and available on the internet from other places for a whole lot less money.

Nice place to browse. Strange place to have a campaign rally. In reality, these are photo ops while Cruz hides out from the Trump Train in NH. He wanted to be as far away from Iowa as possible this week, LOL.

I love Shakespeare, but I don't read him for historically accurate representations. Shakespeare's history was absolutely terrible, just as it is in this case. Julius Caesar not only did NOT refuse the crown when offered, HE was TOLD he wouldn't get it. He defied the orders of the existing authority, marched on Rome and seized it for himself. Brutus speech is great rhetoric, but like much great rhetoric, it's complete and utter balderdash.

To justify an idiotic defense of Trump, you're claiming the equivalent of Washington marching straight away from Yorktown to Philadelphia to take the title of permanent dictator -- which is exactly what Julius Caesar did, The Bard's sloppy history to the contrary notwithstanding.

Lighten up Francis. The thought that Shakespeare's Caesar just popped into my head when you made a very extravagant claim that no other general in the history of the world ever refused to become an Emperor.

The fact that a general in any army was not made emperor would have been such a nonevent that no one would have felt the need to record it. Through most of history any general that did refuse to lead an empire, for his weakness, would have been murdered where he stood by the one that did become Emperor.

And you continue to provide no other example.

No doubt Cruz is good at staging things. Optics are needed when there is no there, there.

It is not extreme rhetoric when you consider that Trump is backed by huge numbers of neo-nazis and KKK members. Now that is much scarier to me than having a trusty worthy man like Cruz in office. So stop with the attacks on Christians. Are you an atheist or one of the former classifications above? or maybe a Satanic worshipers?

I have never seen any evidence that Trump is backed by huge numbers of neo-nazis and KKK members. Provide a link.

I am a Christian and did not attack Christians. Reread what I wrote. When I saw your extreme statement that "Trump has the personality type of Hitler, Mussolini and Mao" and would possibly go "into a maniacal rage against foreign powers or the man down the street or next door to us", I was reminded of what my mother said in 1988 when Pat Robertson ran for President. I also thought of the religious attacks on Kennedy and Romney.

My only admonishment was that outrageous or absurd statements will be balanced by the opposite extreme. And now you have just doubled-down by saying "Trump is backed by huge numbers of neo-nazis and KKK members."

Your comments appear unhinged. Please try to get control of yourself.

I don't even think there are "huge" numbers of KKK and neo-Nazis in the country.

Yeah, there are always some social outliers, but there can't be many of them, and who the hell is polling them? And who knows what motivates them one way or another?

The other freeper's assertion is ridiculous.
