Seriously, despite the fact that I prefer Trump over Cruz and will breaststroke through Hell to vote for Cruz if he's nominated, he totally has his work cut out for him. There's the eligibility thing. He doesn't have the fame, command, and personality that Trump has.
I really think Cruz jumped the gun by running for President. He's still young at 45 and is extremely gifted. He's a lock for SCOTUS or AG, but as for President, his path is not there.
It would be a good thing as it would be an awesome Conservative endorsement, yet I wonder it if would turn off the Dem support Trump is getting.

Personally, I'd love Cruz on the USSC. He'd have way more than 8 years to drive the liberals bat-shit crazy and I can't imagine something like Obamacare getting through the USSC with Cruz sitting on it.
