I would make it uninhabitable.
The true story is starting to leak out already. Apparantly 1 boat had issues, they radioed the 5th fleet. But the white hut over ruled the 5th, told them to stand down. White hut called iran, said please go help our boys, let the world see how well we get along. Iran said ok, then boned barry bigtime.
