A spokesman for the CIA is criticizing the Michael Bay movie "13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi" as a "distortion of the events and people who served in Benghazi that night."
The spokesman, Ryan Trapani, was quoted in an exclusive Washington Post story, which also features an interview with the CIA chief in Benghazi on Sept. 11, 2012, when Ambassador Chris Stevens and three others were killed in a siege of the diplomatic compound and attack on the CIA annex.
"No one will mistake this movie for a documentary," Tripani told the Post. "It's a distortion of the events and people who served in Benghazi that night. It's shameful that, in order to highlight the heroism of some, those responsible for the movie felt the need to denigrate the courage of other Americans who served in harm's way."

I caught the matinee on Sat. Most every one looked PO and disgusted, but not at the movie.

I went last night. Save for some teenaged kids who prob didn’t know all of the details of the event, the audience was silent at the end.
MAYBE brennan CAN EXPLAIN why he gave OPEN ACCESS to Hollywood for zero dark thirty... the bin laden movie , which was a total distortion of facts.

A CIA spokesman. See how the entire government is on the side of the state? The state owns both parties, the courts, the media, all the bureaucrats and at least 48% fo the voters.
I wonder if the CIA spokesman is a career employee or not. The government bureaucracy has been politicized. It is no longer credible.
Let’s face it not much truth comes out of Washington. They have lied to us for years so it has become second nature. Corruption is the name of the game there and lies are a natural outcome.
Hopefully, the Beltway Pundits, CIA and Compost will continue to give the movie free publicity, like they give Trump, when he shreds their PC bs.
That should help this movie get more publicity.

Like who for instance? I don’t remember hearing about anyone else showing courage that night except the ones who helped fight off the terrorists. He’s covering for the CIA officer who told them to WAIT and not respond when they were ready to leave the annex to go to the consulate...No one who has spoken about or written about that night denigrated the involvement of everyone who got in the fight.
At one point during the trial, when questioning one of the women (Mandy Rice-Davies), the defense counsel pointed out that Lord Astor denied an affair or having even met her, she replied, "Well (giggle) he would, wouldn't he?"
The CIA is complaining about the Benghazi movie? Well, they would, wouldn't they?
