It is the most fateful moment in a movie that purports to present a searingly accurate account of the 2012 attacks that left four Americans dead in Benghazi, Libya: a scene in which the highest-ranking CIA operative at a secret agency compound orders his security team to “stand down†rather than rush off to rescue U.S. diplomats under siege less than a mile away.
According to the officer in charge of the CIA’s Benghazi base that night, the scene in the movie is entirely untrue.
“There never was a stand-down order,†said the base chief known as Bob, speaking publicly for the first time. “At no time did I ever second-guess that the team would depart.â€

The three survivors, who helped with the movie, are the ones to be believed; case closed, IMO.
Good! Let’s get “Bob” to go on national TV with the three contractors and have an out-in-the-open discussion. Those guys have outed “Bob” already but somehow the system is “protecting Bob.” It would be better for it to happen in a courtroom, but we all know so long as the Halfbreed is in the White Hut, that’s not going to happen.
“Bob” may or may not be a real person. If he is, he’s just trying to cover his ass for being complicit along with Obama and Hillary in the murder of four U.S citizens.
If he is so freaking proud of himself, let him come out of the dark and have an open debate with those that were involved.

They all knew what was going on and did NOTHING.
“13 Hours” is the best movie of the year.
The White House, State Department and Pentagon helped to create a long night of horrors in Benghazi that culminated in the rape, torture and murder of our ambassador.
And all thwarted at every turn efforts to bring Americans out of a volatile Libya.
The smarmy elitist CIA station chief was the worst among them, only exceeded by our arrogant, stupid and Islamophile ambassador.
Ah, hey BOB admonishes that there was no break-in at the Watergate, guys.

I wonder what they would have done with that back then.
Well, to be fair, Bob's account is backed up by Carol and Ted and Alice.
"Anonymous Sources" serves two purposes. To protect their flow of classified information, and to muddle the distinction between propaganda and facts.
The movie does hang this guy out to dry. They made his character the catch all for Washington.
