Wisconsin Set to Destroy Doctor-Patient Relationships
Wisconsin Grandsons of Liberty ^ | 01/11/16 | Larry G.

In AB366, the legislature disenfranchises the independent physician who operates a pain management practice and the lower income or disabled patients who may need to pay for physician services in cash through necessity. This bill, if passed, sets a precedence in Wisconsin that the government can regulate the means for individuals to pay for goods and services in private transactions. Additionally, through the certification provision, it burdens these smaller doctor’s practices with creating records that document traceable transaction records to show how patients pay for their care.

More War on Cash and predatory bureaucracy sponsored by Wisconsin Republicans. The culprit is a rino sell-out from Marinette, Nygren. His daughter became a heroin addict and now the weasel is recklessly lashing out and creating demons to expunge his guilt. There are several other bills & laws like this in TN, FL, GA that ban cash. All these states (including WI) already have a state-wide prescription tracking system so why ban cash? Who wants this precedent to ban cash? Are guns and ammo next? Remember, civil asset forfeiture started out this way.

There USED to be a physician organization that would track and sue over laws that interfered with the physician-patient relationship....

The march towards government knowledge of each and every transaction continues. They pushed Obamacare down our throats to take over the medical industry and are now trying leverage that to take over the financial industry.

A pain management physician describing an effort to destroy doctor-patient relationship is similar to the local heroin dealer complaining of police interference.

I have paid cash for as far back as I can remember for medical visits. I admit I don’t go to doctors very often, but I pay cash. I have gotten a healthy discount from the dentist for pulling 2 bad teeth by paying cash. One visit went from $460 to $189 by paying cash.
