If not, then we all go in the women’s powder room just to make a point and force a reversal of the law. The only way it could backfire is if... and you can’t say this is outside the realm of possibility today... is if they then make a new law stipulating that non-cross-dressing men wanting to use the ladies room must perform a quick homosexual act before entering.
