The Federal Bureau of Investigation will recommend that the Justice Department bring criminal charges against Hillary Clinton and various of her aides, and soon. The evidence consists of materials that the Bureau has gathered in the course of its months-long investigation of Mrs. Clinton's personal server. The recommendations will come very soon.
The charges will consist of some of the following:
1. Improper disclosure or retention of classified information. 2. Destruction of government records. 3. Lying to federal agents. 4. Lying under oath. 5. Obstruction of justice.
All the counts are familiar to those of us who have followed the Clintons for a quarter of a century, but, as one source familiar with the FBI's investigation told me, the evidence has now reached a "critical mass."
There are those who have told me that the FBI has been engaged in a ruse. And that the Bureau will report it has come across nothing criminal. Then the whole imbroglio is expected to blow over.
But such cynics are in the minority. Most sources have told me the investigation is genuine, serious, and all but completed. One told me that it was completed two months ago. The Bureau has put together a case that as one source put it "is locked up. It is solid."
In the past, as FBI agent I.C. Smith wrote in his book Inside: A Top G-Man Exposes Spies, Lies, and Bureaucratic Bungling Inside the FBI, the Clintons have benefited from a few corrupt agents, usually in Arkansas. But that was years ago, and in Arkansas. This is the FBI in Washington, at the top where there are plenty of utterly professional law enforcement officials.

This is the definition of justice.
To say I’m skeptical would be an understatement.
The FBI doesn’t need to ‘consult’ with the DoJ and ‘recommend’ bringing charges against this b!tch.
If she clearly broke a law, they can arrest her and book her on the law breaking they assert she has done.
It is then up to the DoJ to indict and prosecute.
The point being is that she could already have been arrested; the FBI are being political chickenshits with this.

While this contains some 'believability' to it (Real Hope and Real Change), the INjustice Dept. of Barack Hussein 0bama will decline to prosecute.
The usual charges and the usual suspects. The FBI can recommend all they want but if the DOJ does not indict then nothing will happen to her. Omoron will pardon her just in case and she will be laughing at everybody with Huma by her side.
They'll need time to get old uncle Joe up and in the race post haste.

hillary came to believe she was untouchable. She just kept rolling in her deceit. Lies and money. Waterloo happens when we least expect it.... or pride cometh before the fall.

. . . which is why a president does not keep gifts from foreign heads of state, unless the president buys them from the federal government.
The fact that Bill rather than Hillary received emoluments (in the form of “honoraria” for speeches) from foreign governments, and that the Clinton Foundation rather than Hillary accepted “charitable” gifts from foreign governments is a thin and altogether inadequate veil for the fact that Hillary, who claimed to be “dead broke” upon leaving the White House, now - after years of “public service” - controls money in the gigabuck range. And without congressional authorization.

She’s not exciting the Millenials, and Trump is bleeding away the black vote. She might not even be able to beat the Vermont Fossil in the primaries.

Wow. Just wow. Imagine this ... even if she's fighting a federal indictment for 'high crimes & misdemeanors', she wouldn't drop out. What will the DNC do?
If this is true, the F.B.I. Director should make this recommendation in a very public press conference that leaves no doubt that such charges are justified. Doing so will make it extremely difficult for the Clinton campaign and their friends in the media to spin this. Also, even if the Justice Department declines to bring an indictment against Hillary, the Obama administration will have a tough time explaining that decision, given the public statements of the F.B.I. on this matter.
