Not sure if anybody mentioned this yet but there is no executive order on guns. If you go to the White House website you can find a new executive memorandum on smart gun technology but there is no executive order about gun dealers, gun licenses or background checks. This whole thing is just a big smoke screen to satisfy Obama’s base and give the media something to talk about. Of course, our modern lapdog media fails to follow the first rule of journalism: “check it out.”

He only issued one memorandum. The rest of the stuff doesn’t exist anywhere. It’s not on paper. It’s just a publicity stunt. NOTHING has changed. The legal definition of what it means to be “engaged in business” of selling firearms is still the same today as it was two days ago.
