Here is a 2016 New Year's Day prediction.
President Barack Obama will pardon U.S. Army deserter Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl.
Bergdahl is the soldier Obama got out of Taliban captivity last year by swapping five hardcore, Gitmo-detained Islamic terrorist leaders for his release.
A presidential pardon means that Bergdahl, who abandoned his post in Afghanistan in 2009 to walk into the arms of the Taliban, would not stand trial in a general court martial for desertion in the face of the enemy.

A Cruz or Trump White House will prosecute Dumbo to the fullest extent of the law God willing.
This Fraud as a President should be tried for treason and Berdahl should be Tried fro Desertion,and colluding with the enemy.

Funny you should say that, it has been suggest in a few quarters that Obama might pardon everyone in his regime, and then actually resign the Presidency on January 19th 2017 in order for Joe Biden to be sworn in as President so that he can pardon Obama (to avoid the Constitutional question of whether or not a President can pardon themselves).
And that would mean the entire motley crew would get off scot free.

We’ll see. I don’t know that Bergdahl is important enough for 0bama to pardon him. Bergdahl has already served his purpose.
I don’t believe Bambi will bother.
Presidential pardons can be reversed, even when they come from real presidents. Any “pardon” from our Community-Organizer-in-Chief should be reversed on America’s first day back under a real president, along with reversing everything else the communist has done in these eight terrible years.
Then we will have to trust that his fellow solders will make sure he has an accident.
Bergdahl better hope Obama does not pardon him. He faces a much worse fate than prison if he is pardoned and released to the streets. I would wager there are some people out there who might like to see him pushing up daises.

You are assuming he won’t pardon himself for any and all crimes he may have committed while in office.
That was my question, too. Sure hope not!
Don’t think it works that way. Presidential pardons are absolute and un-reviewable. Otherwise, the power, inherited from kings, would be pointless.
Obama's actions and words as president indicate that Islam, regardless of the faction, is not his enemy.
The American people and the constitution are his enemies. He has made that clear as a bell.
If he does you know its only to rub it in and gloat.
