He was supposed to win the GOP nomination easily and just six months ago, it appeared he would do just that. He had tens of millions of donor dollars at the ready, the approval of the GOP Establishment, and a successful stint as governor of one of the most important swing states in the country.
Nothing went as planned.

If he was a Veteran or even one of us and someone said that about us they would take all our guns until some psychologist said we weren't and then maybe, just maybe, we might get them back. Those that didn't make their way into someone's collection that is.

I’d bet the farm that these leaks are coming from Mike Murphy or another senior person on his staff so that he can spin the disastrous loss that will be crystal clear once Jeb finally pulls the plug on his pathetic campaign.
I hope this puts destroys the political ambitions of the Bush family for decades to come. I, for one, want to live under at least one Republican president who isn’t a Bush in my remaining adult lifetime. Good riddance to bad rubbish. I honor George Sr. for his military service but its time for this family to get the Hell off of the national stage for good.

This is true. Despite not attacking the Left back and tarnishing the Republican brand, GWB still had a sense of ruggedness and manliness to him. Remember how Putin crapped bricks when Bush told him to leave Ukraine alone at the 2008 Olympics?
Jeb grew up in wealth with a famous name in a state known for its share of blonde beauties. Yet he’s such a dork that he has to marry a Mexican dwarf.
