While others were talking and bickering and polling, Cruz took care of business, putting together a state of the art political operation.
He'll dominate Iowa, and then the national numbers reset.

Or, this could be just like that incredible super sophisticated “system” that Romney had. What was it called? Orca?

Cruz is headed South again this week. He was going to Iowa, but apparently he has changed his schedule.

Actually, Cruz studied and adopted Obama’s campaign.

Really? That’s interesting. CJ, the one thing that’s comforting in watching Cruz’s campaign unfold, is that one never has to second guess him— he does everything for a reason.

"Actually, Cruz studied and adopted Obamaâs campaign." Yes, he did.
He bought copies of the book written by Obama's campaign manager, passed them out to his staff, and said they were going to use everything that worked and throw away what didn't.

Exactly. Things look good in Iowa and now he’s laying the foundation to capitalize on the resulting surge of an Iowa win.

He needs to make a mountain out of a mole hill since most that win Iowa don’t get nominated that often.

Orca,Oh yes! I remember that...we did not get to test it before voting day and on voting day..it didn’t work. That is the danger when you hire carpetbaggers, er, consultants.

You and I knew this would happen. Shortly, in January, he will be in a bus and visit every Iowa county. It is “hands on” for Cruz, rather than appearing in huge stadiums as a rock star.

Isn’t Iowa a proportional delegate distribution state?
Looks like with the polls showing them neck and neck, they’ll get an equal number of delegates. +/-1. No big difference.

So you’re saying people are willing to seek out Trump, while Cruz has to go find the people. Yup, that’s how it is. ;)
