Yep. Liberals have brought this to America. They’ve been doing Satan’s work for generations.
I know that not all black youths are bad. I will see several good ones today in church. Youths that have been raised by good God fearing parents that have the decency to instill good moral and spiritual beliefs in their children.
It’s liberals/progressives that have tried to break the family apart. It’s because they want people dependent on the government.
I can see some of them are children. Legally they are not adults until they turn 18. Their parents are still responsible for their actions until that age.

17, 18, and 19 year olds are not ‘children.’ 18 and 19 year have all rights and privileges of adults, except maybe the right to purchase beer, wine, and spirits.
Personally, I would say that no one under the age of 14 is a ‘child.’
And those mugshots are all since he turned 16 and could be tried as an adult. All of his pre-16 criminal record is sealed by the juvenile justice system. You can be sure there is a juvie record, because one doesn’t just turn 16 and suddenly become a chronic criminal.
There appears to be no shame or guilt in any of their eyes. They are void.
