I completely understand. It was so appalling to me at the time that I bookmarked it (knowing that it would probably disappear). The “retardedbaby.com” link isn’t even preserved in the wayback archive.

Above and beyond all the rabble roused on this thread, the deep-down basic thing is that Cruz ran a hilarious ad — on Saturday Night Live, no less! — that skewered ridiculous politicians both Democrat and Republican and got hundreds of thousands of views. “Official Washington” just can’t stand for something like that. Hence, this childish, humorless cartoon.
Cruz and Trump have “Official Washington” scared as hell. I think its denizens are nervously watching the decades-old gravy train recede in the distance.
It’s okay - no one is getting fired and they’re not sorry.
