Which is meaningless. His business deals depended on both sides being at the table willing to negotiate. Democrats, and probably many Republicans, won't be interested in that. Dealing means both sides getting something out of the bargain, and his success has been that more often then not he gets more than he gives. In Congress, for the Democrats "winning" means doing all they can to make sure Trump gets nothing. How does he negotiate that away?
