Not that I am complaining, but it sounds like “surrender” to me.
And if we (Secretary of State Kerry) just did that, I support him completely in his attempts to extricate ourselves from a failed Obama/Hillary policy failure.

After speaking for years and repeating
Assad must go, here is Kerry saying we are not trying for regime change. Is there some context I am unaware of, they have repeated this 500 times?
Obozo, McAinal, Linda and Joan Chicken Currie have been screaming for the removal of Assad for years.
Wonder what Putin threatened to put on the internet, they do not want revealed.

Our failed policy and one which congress voted against ...war in Syria....and the regime pulled proxy from behind closed doors...
If Hillary is to be “president” then the mess Obama and her created needs to be cleaned up or we need to extricate ourselves from it and save some sort of face. Kerry may have just done that!

I read just tonight that the rebels we have been arming, have collapsed. That means it ISIS vs. ASSAD.
It also means our “policy” has absolutely failed.
We surrendered to Russia/Syria.
