Yes, but they are two different injectors if my memory is correct. The Gaseous on the F-150's used to be a separate rail and series of injectors further up on the intake manifold, not the Gasoline ones located close to the intake valves. Unless Roush who does most of those conversions has a slicker set up that I am unaware of. One injector 2 fuels IMHO would be a game changer. I think this is the closest thing to what I am envisioning....

I don’t understand why this would be such a drastic advantage over the current methods to be considered a “game changer”.

Thackney, DI for many is the Holy Grail and works wonders with a turbo aka Audi FSI and Ford EcoBoost. Just my humble opinion, but room in the head for valves, plugs, injectors and potentially Overhead Cams is prime real-estate. Personally I’d love to see an in Block Cam ( or Cam’s GM has tried it, one intake one exhaust and they could be phased ) , 3 valves, 2 plugs with DI in the center. The DI to handle both fuels would be a blessing IMHO....

The diesel is metered down to just sufficient to initiate the burn and the NG carries the load at the cruise power demand.
