The Cruz of it is that Obama tried to protect the ‘right’ of these foreign jihadi groups to not be investigated because they weren’t designated as terrorist organizations. IMO, this should be a major campaign issue used to attack Hellary. She was part of an administration that has a horrible record on fighting Islamists by design, not by accident.
