Hey - real estate is ALWAYS a great investment. It can only go up - they aren’t making anymore land you know!

Empty cardboard boxes on a postage stamp lot are not “real estate.”

A friend calls her new condo in Seattle an “Ikea Condo”. Really nice to look at, at first. But pretty soon the cheap quality starts showing up everywhere.

I better hustle my butt over there. This fits one of my major themes; buy hi, sell lo!

NEW HOME SALES
~~~
They based this report on the amount of toilet flushes? Looks like there were 53 less new homes sold between December 2014 and October 2015. IN THE WHOLE COUNTRY. I wouldn't get my knickers in knot over it. Real Estate sales go up and down like a yo-yo. Almost all of those houses where no one is flushing the toilet might well be located in the mining towns - where people can't sell, not for love nor money, because the jobs have almost all gone.
