They might even have been arrested and face charges.
Sounds like some people at the Pentagon refuse to be thrown under the bus. Prayers for these people, as they are about to subjected to some harsh, behind-the-scenes manipulation, likely blackmail and most certain illegal in nature.

We have a full military base at Sigonella, Sicily which is CLOSER to Benghazi than freaking Tripoli.

What if the order had been given by local commanders to launch and then ask permission before firing? Could this have been done and thus forced Obama's hands? Is that why local Commanders were relieved?
The whole ‘NO Stand Down Order’ thing is just spin and BS.

Either you have specific orders to do a mission or you do not.

There was a spec forces guy (a Colonel I think) who was ready to send troops but was relieved of duty before he could.
If that guy were to testify it would potentially b a game changer.
