I don’t think it will even come to a bill to overturn an EO. If the Amnesty attempt showed anything, it is that the courts are getting rather eager to block Obama, and an injunction would be in place the very next day.

you may be correct but we still think their idea is to provoke a civil war, declare a ‘national emergency,’ announce (what they’ve already been doing anyway) suspension of our Bill of Rights and imposition of ‘temporary’ martial law
cancelling the elections in the process

Ny isn’t outright ban all guns- they just made ‘some guns’ illegal, and many gun accessories illegal- they slowly chip away at the second amendment until only a few small pieces of it are left- and ‘technically’ it’s still the second amendment, it’s just very very anemic SA
