Why Schmitz is still a licensed attorney is the real question. He needs to be disbarred for professional misconduct as a totally dishonest, dishonorable, abusive, vindictive politically driven hatchet man.

He’s still an attorney because the bar assoc. hijacked the court system away from the gov’t about 100 years ago... it’s only purpose is to protect scum like Schmitz.
Needless to say the bar associations in all states need to be disconnected/disenfranchised by the various states and the fedgov. The states govern/license all other professions from plumbers to restaurants to architects why not give them power over legal again.
