Women that age grew up in an overly-serialized environment, and exhibit many traits of infantilism , so they enter these schools finding that their mental age and that of her students are much the same. They all are on Facebook, like the same pop music, play video games, wear the same fashion.
So they easily get the hots for a child, thinking that they are all really just younger “adults”, and are willing to risk everything to prove to themselves that they “still got it”.
Schools dont know, because these women can pour on this professional and mature persona far better than men to get the position because these days it’s taught as just an act to land a job, that can be discarded once you fooled them.
If she gets caught, she will just play the Girl Card, and either pretend like she was just a dumb women fooled by this dude, or if all else fails, claim rape.
For most 16 y.o. guys, it's more like “wham, bam, thank you ma’am.” I suspect for the teacher the lure was more the thrill of an illicit affair rather than the expectation of sexual satisfaction.
I guess.. who knows. When I was her age, my job/career was everything to me... I would have never contemplated doing anything that would have jeopardized that.
Sounds good but too late for me as my two kids are a Junior and a Freshman in HS. The good thing for me is they both came up in National Blue Ribbon elementary, middle and high schools and have never not made the honor roll. My wife and I try to keep a close eye on their school work. My wife is a public school teacher that currently absolutely hates her job. That seems to change depending on the year.

I was luckier than you. In my high school there was a young blond hot teacher in her twenties who drove to school in a red sports car. She taught French language classes. Naturally, I studied French as a 16-year-old. We also had another hot blond in her twenties teaching English composition, although she was married. Guys not paying attention to the coursework got an eraser thrown at them by her (abuse was permitted back then). Never heard of any affairs going on by teachers, it was more look and drool by male students.
That will be one interesting paternity test result. Some poor sucker who thought he’s got really lucky could be on the hook for support for longer than he’s been alive so far.
Back in my day, there was one hot female teacher who took on much of the HS football team. A male coach was into a 6th grade girl’s pants all through school to graduation. Nothing happened to either.
More recently, here, there was a female teacher who was getting it on with a male student until she scared him off saying she wanted his baby. There was a big cover up until someone notified the media. She got a slap on the wrist and is still teaching.
Sexual predators who have a thing for young people/children, tend to work at jobs that allow access to young people/children. It does not matter if the predator is male or female.

At my high school, back in the 1960s, it was the hot math teacher (yes, it's true) and the star of the basketball team. There were rumors at the time, but nobody who knew for certain was talking and there was no baby.
Most of our’s were Blue Hair and taught your Dad too.
Only fit one was the Girls Coach, but she didn’t like guys.

My point exactly. They carry the bulk of the blame and should be in grade school (or not at all but that would be hard to qualify).
