Last week my wife looked out about 7 pm and saw 5 deer standing in the esplanade about 30 feet from our front door. We live in the middle of a city in the Texas Hill Country. The stinking deer are a tremendous nuisance. The only service they perform for me is eating the acorns from the tree in the front yard.

I guess the 90% of the time I don't bring home game is a big deal too? I am not a Walker supporter, but am trying to seek the relevance of this whole article and responses.
Also 90% of the hunt is not the killing of the animal.

Mine aren’t crazy, just stupid (and brave).
The dogs go after them and chase them out of the orchard; they run about 200 yards up the mountain, wait for the dogs to get back on the porch and within 5 minutes they are back in the orchard.The only reason I don’t shoot’em and use them for dog food is I am just getting too old and tired to do the butchering.

Beau got a nice doe this season, and the steer goes to the butcher as soon as they catch their breath from processing deer.
Our freezer will be more than full for the winter. Life. Is. Good. :)

But why was the deer driving 80 mph on the side of the road? It's because of those Youtube instructional videos. Even animals are getting behind the steering wheel.:-)
