President Barack Obama heads to a terror-scarred Paris Sunday night to tackle one of the most important priorities of his second term — climate change.
Obama has been laying the groundwork for years ahead of the United Nation’s two-week conference on countering climate change, where nearly 200 countries will be hammering out a pact to cut global emissions of heat-trapping gases. Using executive power, the president has moved the U.S. toward lowering carbon emissions, a key step in building credibility for his efforts to coax China, Brazil and other developing nations to do the same. The Paris conference may help cement his second-term legacy — unless it is overshadowed by terror concerns or sabotaged by Republican opposition to his plans.

Perception is more important than reality.
Feelings are more important than facts.

Until they are blue in the face; they are desperate to ascribe some meaning to this failed presidency, and will find some “soft issues” (with no performance metrics - like “environment”) to try to offset he verifiable failures: economic, cultural, etc.
All the “wrong people” can now say “I told you so” when Obama’s presidency is analyzed...
How does this logic of climate change work anyway? Here in New York for example the temperature can get as high as 100 F in the summer and as low as -10 F in the winter for a temperature difference as much as 110 F. Yet I don’t see dead birds all over the place, trees dying all over, no dead deer laying all over the streets. Yet they are claiming a one degree difference in the average temp is going to kill us all? What? So a one degree change is death and a 100 change is not?
It’s one of the last items on the list to screw Americs as we know it. That and confiscating our guns.

The French are going through horrible times, and Obama, the best friend of the radical terrorists, will show up acting all snooty that they will not get with the program and embrace his views of climate change - which just happens to be one of the tactics designed to lull us into his planned utopia.

Pretty outrageous how they can get away with this crap, and it’s been going on for what? 15 - 20 years? And absolutely nothing has changed. Rush has been keeping a countdown on Al Gores claim that the world will be destroyed in 10 years. His countdown ends in 60 days and the world hasn’t cooked. Do I even have to guess the MSM will completely ignore this? This is 10 whole years Rush has been counting this down..........
