agreed. There was no cause for this unless you assume that NATO is more interested in getting rid of Assad than ISIS. it was an act of war by a NATO member against Russia which is a pretty big effing deal. I think this probably marks the lowest point in US/Russian relations ever-Cuban missile crisis period included.

“Isn’t it grand we elected a President that with his weakness; has brought us to brink of a major war?”

I feel we are closer to a full-blown war now, than we have been in 50 years. Elections really do have consequences.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of the American Sheeple won’t realize it until the sirens start wailing.

I’ll go out on a limb and say it is not the lowest point in US/Russian relations at all. Mainly because America is not involved. Obama is being ignored as the non player that he is. In football terms, Obama is the assistant water Boy.

Russia and Turkey are posturing and there will be no war between them.

I agree. Tensions at the top are higher now than back in October 1962.

I watched 6 air to air tanker refuelers scramble in Alabama on Tuesday, which verfies that we had Strategic bombers in the air.

The public may not learn how close we were to a nuclear exchange for another twenty years...if we are lucky enough to avoid it while Odumbass is still in Office.

on a lighter note, I had a great family thanksgiving, as liberals refuse to discuss subjects when they have to take the blame.

...so no debates about healthcare or foreign policy again this year, just silence and sports talk.

Made the pies taste that much sweeter.

Well, silly: it’s news to me that war was between NATO and Russia - unless you know something none of us are aware of.

Seems to me that would be suicidal at this point.

A violation of airspace that lasts 17 seconds is hardly worth mentioning, much less call for destroying an aircraft and killing aircrew.

It seems that a NATO member has used its advanced weaponry for ill-considered barbarity and is dragging the rest of us with them.

"NATO is not involved in this tea pot tempest"

Really? A NATO member shoots down a Russian warplane and kills a crewmember and somehow NATO is not connected?

Besides being an apparent islamophile, you apparently share Islam's avoidance of logical thought.
