Did Hillary Clinton put on a southern accent on campaign stop in Memphis? Some critics claim she changed her voice
Hillary Clinton has been accused of putting on a southern accent during a campaign stop in Memphis.
During a speech at LeMoyne-Owen College earlier this week, some people claimed the Democratic presidential candidate's voice had something of a southern twang.
Clinton has faced similar accusations in the past, most notably during speeches in Alabama and South Carolina.

Hillary Clinton has started faking a Southern drawl to speak to Southerners, just as she did during her last presidential run eight years ago.
The tactic drew chuckles, derision and not a little resentment when she tried it in 2007 and 2008. But she was back at it again in Alabama on Saturday, putting on a heavy twang to express her contempt for Republicans.
At least with Bill Clinton....it’s a pure southern accent and no fraud. With Hillary? It’s so fake that you just don’t take it serious.

Of course it’s fake. If I were on of those black faces behind her, I’d be insulted, frankly.
Mrs. Bill’s affected “southern” accent is pretty bad and can only be describded as mocking, insulting.
I heard it in a news clip frommemphis. My ears perked up immediately. It was only one line, but she’s dropping her g’s again.
As the late, great Bob Grant used to say, she’s a “fake, phony and a fraud.” Everything she does is phony and insincere.
And what will she sound like when addressing a room full of potential Chinese voters?
She has been in Memphis when Bill was Governor of Arkansas she use to follow him Bill and his girlfriends around Memphis.
If this was just about anyone but Hillary Clinton, I would put it down to her having lived almost 20 years in Arkansas. However, this is Hillary Clinton we are talking about and she has a long history of pandering and lying to whomever she is in front of. This goes back for at least as long as she has been on the national stage.

There she goes again.
Hillary is a Southerner. She’s probably worked hard over the years to suppress hart southern accent.
When I saw the infamous footage where she did that years ago, I cringed in places I didn’t even know could cringe...
