When one looks at the "system-level" totality of Ted Cruz's plan, "all" illegal immigrants leave the United States.
Period.
The Wall.
Tripled Border Agents. Quadrupled air assets (drones and planes).
Strict nationwide E-Verify enforcement.
Aggressive Federal prosecution of Employers hiring Illegal Immigrants, to include massive fines and prison sentences.
Business-alert toll-free telephone hotline to report Corporate E-Verify offenders (24/7/365).
Biometric Visas, strictly enforced.
End "birthright" citizenship.
No Sanctuary Cities (360 reduced to "zero")
There is "no" loophole in Ted Cruz's plan that allows illegal immigrants to stay.
I defy you to find that loophole.
Good luck with that.
"All" illegal immigrants (regardless of how long they've been here) will eventually FAIL the E-Verify test.
No job. No money. No apartment, house, food, beer, car, gasoline. No free health care. No free federally-funded college education.
Ero ... the Illegals leave. They're gone. Arrested or self-deported because no job, money.
Those that turn to crime to make ends meet will eventually be caught, and deported.
Period.
Again, I defy you to find the loophole that you claim exists.
Good luck with that.

Cruz has the most comprehensive plan for dealing with illegals that I have seen. He also deals with the negative impact of legal immigration on American workers.

No, you are wrong.
He does back some good reforms—but he’d legalize the bulk of the 30 million illegals here currently.
Don’t you get it? They won’t fail e-verify because he’ll have legalized them. What he says he’ll stop short of is giving them citizenship, which to me doesn’t mean much—because after they’ve been legalized they’ll be certain to be granted citizenship before too long, even if not directly by President Cruz.

You should direct your bile at the FReeper who made the statement to which you objectI already did that, as you noted in your post.
Wrong twice: the FReeper who made the statement was montag813 in post #13, to which you have not replied; your post was a reply to me.

You'll need to watch Ted Cruz's speech again. Start at 43:00 minutes.
Ted Cruz pointed out Two Strategic reasons to END Illegal Immigration:
1) Economic job loss and crime (everyone gets that)
2) Political change (permanent).
Obama wants to turn Texas and Florida into "new" Californias, in terms of a "permanent" liberal-democrat feudal state.
This is Ted Cruz's BIGGEST concern.
That's why ALL of the Illegals MUST be deported.
ALL thirty million.
Otherwise, America becomes the "new" Mexico that Yeb Bush wants to make the United States.
It's that simple.
Whatever your private definition of "legalized" is, it will NEVER qualify as "safe" with a strict E-Verify system.
Never.
Ergo ... Ted Cruz's plan is much as ELECTIONS as it is about Jobs and National Bankruptcy.
It's about STOPPING the guy (in the picture) who voted "Four Times" for Obama-Biden.

Right—all kinds of rhetoric against the ills of illegal immigration, but not one word dealing with “non-criminal” illegals. And, when someone from the media asks him how he would deal with illegals here presently, he says, we don’t need to answer that now, we just need to focus on the first step of securing the border.
Cruz is very specific in addressing deportation for “criminal illegal immigrants” only. He’d legalize most of the current 30 million illegals here now.

Clearly, you keep repeating the same "talking points" provided by your handlers ...
I'm quite content that I have a far better understanding of Ted Cruz's "immigration plan" than you ... and how it's designed to deport those 30 million immigrants you mention.
Ted Cruz clearly doesn't want those 30 million illegals VOTING in U.S. elections, and taking U.S. jobs.
There were Ted Cruz's salient points at the "Orlando Immigration-H1B Visa" speech. Too bad you weren't there.
100 percent of the Ted Cruz supporter attendees would agree with me.
Let history be the final judge.
Have a great week.

Sorry, pal—you keep saying he has said what he clearly hasn’t. He’s for legalizing but not making citizens of them. He has never, ever said he’d deport them other than the otherwise criminal. Now that he is mid-campaign, he refuses to state what he’d do with the current illegals—but he was more forthcoming on the subject two years ago.
I gave you a link to his speech and pointed out the key points. But still you try to claim that he has said what he hasn’t said.
Here, the WaPost hasn’t had too much difficulty tracking down Cruz’s position—including his refusal to answer that which he knows is unpopular with his base but popular with his big donors.

And stop pinging to all when you repeatedly erroneously accuse me of lying or having “handlers”.

Indeed—and neither video or press reported evidence apparently can deter what they somehow otherwise”know” and “heard”, thus giving them license to falsely accuse those who post the truth here.

Donald Trump clearing the path for Ted Cruz (in some respects) kinda sounds like a divine political miracle ...
Who in their right mind would have predicted Yeb Bush polling at FOUR-Percent 85 days before the Iowa Caucus ...
And that Ted Cruz (the virtual unknown, alleged Tea Party psycho-case) would have received an endorsement (today, 2015-11-16) that even the Washington Post says pretty much wins Iowa for Ted Cruz ?
That political miracle is akin to the American Naval victory at Midway (1942) and/or The LORD opening the Red Sea for Israel.

Just had a call from two friends, one of whom had been supporting Carson and one who was supporting Rubio. Both have switched to Ted Cruz. :)

Yeah, it’s pretty easy to answer, since Cruz has been my candidate from the beginning, and will remain so.
Does that give you an idea?

I agree. Cruz and Trump are by far the best candidates. Bashing should focus on Hillary. She has so much baggage and yet it gets too little mention.

You’re welcome. I won’t vote for Trump; I caved and supported Romney, but no more liberals for me.
