I was most surprised to see an NRA All Access show on the National School Shield Program. Instead of talking about the issue, the NRA has done something very significant (free of charge to the schools) and no one is talking about it. Here are some links ... very worthwhile:

I’ve been looking through the report - pretty incredible. EVERY school should have the report available, go through it, & do the self assessment & have an outside assessment if necessary. The NRA also has grants available (schools can apply) to implement assessment recommendations when the school needs funds.

If I had kids in public schools, I’d be asking if they were aware of this program - if not, they should be & if so, what have they done as far as assessments, implementing corrective action on findings, etc. I would demand action .... there is a LOT that can be done to protect kids & buy time until LEOs can get on scene rather than all the liberal whining & crying about taking guns away from legal gun owners.
